The Tower Properties Company has long set a standard of excellence in the development, ownership, and management of real estate in the Kansas City metropolitan area.

Founded as a subsidiary of Commerce Bancshares, Tower Properties was spun off into a freestanding, publicly held company in 1971. Tower Properties has proudly developed over 1.5 million-square-feet of office space in downtown Kansas City.

Another keystone of Tower Properties' holding is in residential development. From the late 1960s through the 1980s, Tower Properties developed and sold over 800 single-family residential lots. Today, over 100 acres are still available in prime developable areas.
