Wally & Co. is a commercial real estate brokerage that is focused on one activity - tenant representation. Our clients are exclusively occupiers of commercial real estate. Wally & Co. is one of the few commercial real estate firms in Kansas City with this singular focus.

In representing our clients, the firm provides a full range of tenant advisory services including strategic planning, transaction management, financial analysis and deal execution. We believe that the "right" space is a tool that enhances image, boosts morale, assists in recruiting and retaining employees and improves the bottom line.

We have completed numerous transactions in metropolitan Kansas City, including some of the largest and most prestigious ever done. Many of those were done on behalf of KCADC investor partners. We are proudest of the fact that many of our client relationships span many years and involve many transactions.

The company was re-formed in 2007 by Chris Wally following seven years as Principal in charge of the tenant representation office for Trammell Crow Company which was subsequently acquired by CB Richard Ellis in 2006. From 1994 to 2000, the original Wally & Co. existed as an exclusive tenant representation firm.
